Former KISS guitarist Ace Frehley slams his former band mate Paul Stanley hard in an interview with Guitar World.

Frehley, and former KISS drummer Peter Criss, have been the target of public attacks by Stanley and Gene Simmons.  The battle between the four original members of the band led ultimately kept KISS from reuniting for a performance at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony.

Now, Ace has heard enough from Stanley and Simmons.  But, he has particular scorn for Stanley.  Frehley rants:

"Paul has been so goddamn cranky lately. I mean, what’s wrong, Paul, aren’t you happy? I know they must be frustrated because people are always writing about how Ace was the real guy or Ace was the real deal. It’s gotta rub them the wrong way."

In the interview, Frehley took credit for the creation of KISS' iconic logo and for the star on Stanley's stage makeup.  "I told Paul to wear the star on his eye. Do you know what his makeup was before he put the star on his eye? It was a round circle. He looked like the dog from the Little Rascals."
