The Rolling Stones, The Revivalists and More to Play New Orleans Jazz Fest

The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, and it's pulling out all the stops to commemorate the milestone.

On Tuesday (January 14), the Jazz Fest announced its 2019 lineup, which features The Rolling Stones front and center.

Other big names like The Revivalists, Dave Matthews Band, Chris Stapleton, Katy Perry, Bob Seger, Santana, Jimmy Buffet, Van Morrison, Al Green, John Fogerty, Earth, Wind & Fire, Herbie Hancock, Chaka Khan, Gladys Knight, Tom Jones, Alanis Morissette, and Gary Clark Jr. will also be playing the event, which spans two weekends.

Jimmy Cliff, Mavis Staples, Jerry Lee Lewis, Pitbull, Santana, J Balvin, Logic, Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avene with the Nevilles, Bonnie Raitt, Irma Thomas, The Head and the Heart, Ziggy Marley, The Doobie Brothers, Boz Scaggs, Aaron Neville, Galactic, Buddy Guy, Better Than Ezra, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, and Ani DiFranco are also set to perform.

The 50th annual New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival is set to take place April 25-28 and May 2-5. Tickets go on sale this Friday, January 28.
