Woman Takes Photos Of Herself Instead Of Her Car For Insurance Company

A woman has fessed up to an embarrassing mistake on social media.

We have to applaud Alyssa Stringfellowfor sharing the embarrassing story of not understanding the instructions of an auto insurance company when she was added to her grandma's policy.

Aylssa says she wanted to avoid her high insurance by being added to her grandmother's policy. During the process, she gave them her driver’s license, and as they asked for, “a picture straight on and a picture taken from each side.”

The day after sending them, she got this reply from the insurance broker: “Hi Alyssa, I am going to need pictures like you just took, except it needs to be of your vehicle. :)”

And then the texts from Grandma started flowing, including this one, “Alyssa Rachael, did you send him pictures of YOURSELF!? It was supposed to be of your car!”

Yep. Alyssa took photos of herself and not the car!

Alyssa says her grandmother and the insurance man had chatted on the phone and laughed for a good five minutes over the error.
