Kennecia Posey was originally stopped by police when her car was spotted swerving. Police searched the car and found marijuana and cocaine in a purse seated on her lap. “I don’t know anything about any cocaine,” Posey told cops according to the police report. “It’s a windy day. It must have flown through the window and into my purse.” She’s since been jailed on one count of cocaine possession and one count of marijuana possession.

According to police, Jesse Galarza had used 100-dollar-bills labeled “for Movie Production Purposes” only. He’s been arrested on charges of monetary instrument abuse and theft and on an outstanding warrant for introduction of contraband into a penal institution and possession of synthetic cannabinoids.
